If a power failure is planned and expected to last more than three hours, staff will post notices and visit units to share information to make sure tenant needs are met.
Power outages can occur unexpectedly, especially during extreme weather. If possible, remain in your unit until power is restored. However, if you’re able, you may leave the property and continue with your day as usual.
