New Chief Operating Officer
London, ON – June 11, 2025 – London & Middlesex Community Housing (LMCH) is pleased to announce the addition of Sara De Candido, MBA, CHE, as the organization's Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective June 9, 2025.
Sara De Candido is a seasoned public-sector executive with a strong track record in operational leadership, quality improvement, stakeholder engagement, and systems transformation. She joins LMCH at a pivotal time as the organization continues to advance its operational reset and strengthen its commitment to accountable, tenant-focused service delivery.
A lifelong Londoner, Sara brings deep knowledge of the local community and extensive experience from her leadership roles at London Health Sciences Centre and across the healthcare and private sectors. She is widely recognized for her ability to align strategy with execution and for leading people-first organizational change.

Sara holds an MBA, is a Certified Health Executive (CHE), and earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Western University. She has served in governance roles with several local organizations, including King's University College, RBC Place London, Meals on Wheels, and the London Family Court Clinic.
Her values-driven leadership style, collaborative mindset, and commitment to measurable results make her an ideal fit for LMCH as it continues to evolve and strengthen services across its portfolio of more than 3,200 units in London and Middlesex County.
